Q. What time can I check-in to the
hotel?
A. Anytime after 1 pm
Q. What is the timeline for the event?
A. Doors open at 7:15pm
Dinner
served at 8 pm
Band plays 9:45 pm- 1 am
Last call 12:30pm
Q. How many people are seated at
a table?
A. Generally, 8-10 people per table. However, for larger paries we can configure tables to accommodate up to
30 people. So bring all your friends.
Q. What is the dress code?
A. There is no dress code. We only ask that
you not come naked. We’re trying to eat here! Seriously, attire for the evening runs the gamut from tuxedos to business
casual. With our band 80’s band Captain Geech & the Shrimp Shack Shooters we may see some fun garb from
that time period. Blue jeans, however, would not be appropriate.
Q. Can I cancel my reservation?
A. Reservations
are non-refundable and non-cancelable after December 25th.
Q. Have you held this event before?
A. Yes.
This is our 18th consecutive year for our Ballroom Bash.
Q. Can I get a vegetarian meal?
A. Yes, send us an
email at ballroombash2011@yahoo.com to confirm.
Q. How many cocktails are included on NYE?
A. It is an open bar. All your cocktails are included
in the package price. However, we reserve the right not serve anyone we feel has over-consumed.
Q. Where do I park?
A. There is a municipal garage located next to the hotel with entrances on 7th and Monroe streets.
Q. Is
there anything to do after the Bash ends at 1 am?
A. Bennigan’s Grill and Tavern will be open until 3 am
Q. Where is the Grand Ballroom?
A. On the Mezzanine level.

seating reserved?
A. Yes
Q. Can I sit with friends who are also attending?
A. Yes, give us their
name (s) and request to sit together at their table when you make the reservation or use the email link below. It is imperative
that we have this information at least 24 hours prior to the event. Otherwise, we can not guarantee that we can seat you together.
